Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for work completed shall become due immediately.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
